Auto sync needs a CROSS MALL connection in addition to the SHOPLINE one. What each field means and how to test the connection.
Automatic order and inventory sync needs a CROSS MALL connection in addition to the SHOPLINE connection.
Steps
- Go to [Connections] in the left navigation.
- Click [+ Add Connection] at the top right.
- Choose [CROSS MALL] as the platform.
- Enter the mail and FTP details you prepared.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| CROSS MALL login email (required) | Identifies this connection. Match the login account of the CROSS MALL admin. One connection per address |
| Order mail address | The address CROSS MALL receives orders on. You can leave it empty and add it later from edit |
| Order mail subject (optional) | The subject of the order sync email. A default is pre-filled — use the same subject as CROSS MALL |
| FTP host | The FTP server hosting the inventory CSV (e.g. ftp.example.com) |
| FTP account | The FTP login account |
| FTP password | The FTP login password |
| FTP path | Where the inventory CSV lives on the FTP. Defaults to ./upload/csv/ |
- After entering the FTP details, click [Test connection]. On success "FTP connected. Path verified" is shown (the path is created automatically if it does not exist).
- Click [Save] to create the connection. "CROSS MALL connection created" confirms it is done.
Note
- Incoming mail server details such as POP3 are not entered in Connex — they are used on the CROSS MALL side.
- The order mail address and FTP can be added or changed later from [Edit config] in the connection detail, and you can register several sets.
