What order & inventory auto-sync can do

Automatically syncs orders and inventory between CROSS MALL and SHOPLINE — orders by email, inventory fetched from FTP and applied to SHOPLINE.
Connex can automatically sync SHOPLINE orders and inventory with your warehouse or back-office system (the linked system). Two linked systems are currently supported: LOGILESS and CROSS MALL.

This keeps new orders flowing, stock levels updated and orders marked as shipped without any manual work.
Note
This section covers Connex-side operations only. For LOGILESS-side settings (stores, warehouses, product master) and CROSS MALL-side settings (master data, the order-receiving mail account, store information, etc.), refer to each vendor's official manual. The minimum LOGILESS-side steps are summarized in Steps to take in LOGILESS.
Steps
- Add a SHOPLINE connection
- Add the linked system's connection — LOGILESS / CROSS MALL
- (LOGILESS only) Map delivery and payment methods
- Complete the auto-sync initial setup
- Once enabled, check status and history on the operations screen
Prerequisites
Common
- You have created a Connex account and are logged in
- A SHOPLINE store is connected
- Your SHOPLINE products have SKUs (products are matched by SKU)
For LOGILESS
- A LOGILESS merchant account (you can log in) and its Merchant ID
- A store and a warehouse registered in LOGILESS
- The products to link are registered in the LOGILESS product master with a product code identical to the SHOPLINE SKU (if not, you can register them in bulk from Connex during the initial setup)
For CROSS MALL
- FTP server and mail server are ready (the email address that receives orders from CROSS MALL; the FTP host, account, password and path used to exchange the inventory CSV)
- CROSS MALL-side settings are complete (master data, the order-receiving mail account, store information, etc.)
