Steps to take in LOGILESS (product master, receiving, shipping)

Published:2026-09-14 11:34/Updated:2026-09-15 14:50

This page summarizes the minimum LOGILESS-side steps needed for auto-sync to work. For details on using LOGILESS, see the LOGILESS Help Center.

LOGILESS has two screens under the same account: the merchant screen (sales orders, product master) and the operator screen (warehouse work such as receiving and shipping). If you outsource warehouse work to a logistics company, they operate the operator screen.

What to prepare before connecting

ItemWhereHow Connex uses it
Merchant IDThe 1234 part of the merchant screen URL https://app2.logiless.com/merchant/1234/...Entered when you add a LOGILESS connection
StoreRegistered on the merchant screenWhere sales orders are created. Chosen under [Connection item] in the initial setup
WarehouseRegistered in LOGILESSWhere stock is pulled from. Chosen under [LOGILESS warehouse] in the initial setup

Register the product master (product code = SHOPLINE SKU)

Connex treats a product as the same product when the SHOPLINE SKU and the LOGILESS product code match exactly. Match upper/lower case and leading/trailing spaces too.

There are two ways to register.

MethodBest when
Register from Connex: on the auto-sync [Product sync] tab → [Only in SHOPLINE], select products and click [Register N selected in LOGILESS]You want to register products that already exist in SHOPLINE in bulk. They are registered with the product name and product code, with stock 0
Register in LOGILESS: on the merchant screen, "マスタ" (Master) → "商品マスタ" (Product master) → "新規登録" (New), set the product type to "通常商品" (regular product), enter the SHOPLINE SKU as the product code, the product name and the unit, then click "登録" (Register)You also want to enter LOGILESS-side fields such as price, JAN and dimensions. Note

A sales order containing a product without a product master is shown in LOGILESS as "確認待ち:商品マスタがありません" (Pending review: no product master). Once you register the product, the pending state clears automatically — no further action needed. In Connex "Order status" the order also moves on from "Awaiting allocation" on the next run.

Receive stock

A newly registered product has stock 0. Receiving goods on the operator screen increases the free stock. The number Connex writes to SHOPLINE is this free stock. After receiving, it is reflected in the SHOPLINE stock level within 5 minutes (or on [Sync now] in Connex).

Ship

For orders whose sales order is "出荷待ち" (awaiting shipment), carry out the shipping work on the operator screen as usual (start shipping → enter the tracking number → complete shipping). Once a shipment completes, Connex marks the items on that shipment as fulfilled in SHOPLINE and writes back the tracking number within 5 minutes. Write-back happens per shipment, so if one order is shipped as several shipments, the SHOPLINE order becomes "partially fulfilled" as the first shipment completes and "fulfilled" once every shipment is complete (a shipping notification is sent for each shipment).

Caution

Marking an order shipped with "出荷済みとして扱う" (treat as shipped) on the merchant screen also triggers the write-back, but that action does not reduce actual warehouse stock (the allocated quantity returns to free stock). To keep actual stock and the SHOPLINE stock level in line, use the shipping work on the operator screen.

When an order is cancelled

When you cancel an order in the SHOPLINE admin, Connex also cancels the LOGILESS sales order. There is no need to cancel it separately in LOGILESS.
