What the product scheduler does
Published:2026-08-07 16:20/Updated:2026-09-08 13:58
Automatically publish or unpublish products, or change per-SKU inventory, at a time you choose — useful for timed launches.
The product scheduler changes product state automatically at a time you choose — useful for timed launches and for switching sale periods on and off.
Two kinds of schedule
| Kind | What it does | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Publish / unpublish schedule | Publishes or unpublishes the selected products at the given time | Go live on launch day / take products down when a sale ends |
| Inventory change | Sets per-SKU inventory of the selected products to the given values | Release stock exactly at launch time / limited quantity sales |
Caution
One schedule does one kind of change. To do both, create two schedules (for example "launch stock" and "launch publish").
Prerequisites
- At least one SHOPLINE connection
- [Tool Set] visible in the left menu
- Inventory change is supported on SHOPLINE 2.0 connections only
